By accessing or using the 11walls platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, “PG Owner”) and Eleven Network Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
11walls is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital tools for:
PG / rental property management, Tenant data management, Subscription-based access to software features,Operational management tools
We do not:
Own or operate PG properties, Act as a real estate broker, Guarantee tenant behavior or rental income, Act as a financial institution
You must:
Be at least 18 years old, Have authority to represent your business, Provide accurate registration and identity details
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
Account Registration
To use 11walls, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Maintain accurate business information, Keep login credentials secure, Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
11walls operates on a subscription model., Subscription fees are payable in advance.
All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in: Suspension of access, Data access restriction, Account termination
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
Data Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for accuracy of tenant data entered, Compliance with local laws regarding tenant records, Obtaining necessary tenant consent
11walls does not verify or validate tenant information.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.
However: No system is 100% secure, We are not liable for cyber-attacks beyond reasonable control.
Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Users must NOT:
Use the platform for unlawful activities, Upload malicious code, Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the software
Use the platform to store illegal content, Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
All rights, title, and interest in the 11walls platform, including:
Software, Branding
Features
UI/UX remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform during active subscription.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for:
Server downtime, Technical interruptions, Third-party infrastructure failures
Maintenance may occur without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
11walls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months.
We are not responsible for: Rental disputes, Tenant misconduct, Financial losses from user decisions
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated, Fraud is suspected, Legal compliance requires it, Users may terminate by discontinuing subscription.
Upon termination:
Access to data may be restricted, Data retention policies will apply
Users are responsible for complying with:
Local rental regulations, Data protection regulations
11walls is not responsible for legal compliance of PG operations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 11walls and its directors from:
Claims arising from misuse, Legal disputes involving tenants, Regulatory violations caused by you
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh].
